On Saturday the weekly Edinburgh and Glasgow 5k parkruns go ahead at their usual 9.30 start times while further North there is the Lumphanan Detox 10k race.

A number of Scottish athletes will be in action in Wales on Sunday with meeting three of the McCain UK Cross-Challenge taking place in Cardiff

The Jack Crawford 10k Springburn Cup at Bishopbriggs has also fallen victim to the weather and has been postponed until February 27th.
