Coronavirus (COVID-19) Announcement

In line with current guidelines all club training sessions are suspended until further notice.

Club Training Sessions may be put on hold for the moment, but that’s no excuse to skip training.  We will continue to post a ‘virtual session’ on a Tuesday and Thursday so that people have something some inspiration for their individual training.   However please respect the goverment current guidelines:

  • In view of the latest advice from the Scottish and UK Government, we would stress that group training should not be taking place in any shape or form or any face-to-face coaching.
  • Indeed, the measures announced on Monday evening confirm that you are now restricted to one form of exercise a day and these should be undertaken alone or only with members of your household.
  • We all have our part to play. Train responsibly and stay safe.

We encourage you to share your experiences on Facebook or TeamApp , along with ideas on motivation for training and to keep a social element going although online.  Please feel free to reach out to other members for advice or help or even just for some online company.
