The Road Relays on Sunday 26th still need some course marchal volunteers. If you are not running on Sunday your help would be welcomed.

2017 Membership Fees

Membership fees for 2017 are now due.  There has been no increase this year, so we are still cracking value.   The easiest way to pay is online via the Q-Buster website, but there are other ways to pay.

We have had to close the on line entries for the Festive Handicap as we have reached what we consider to be a safe limit for the run. There are some narrow paths and if we have the handicap correct you will all finish within seconds!
