Our
club was founded in 2000, but is growing fast and already
has over 150 members. Our members include Scottish and British
champions, but we welcome runners of any standard and youngsters
of any age, but we encourage parents of young children to
assist our coaches at least once a month if possible. We cater
for all branches of athletics: track & field, road, cross-country
and hill running. We also have a number of enthusiastic orienteerers
and triathletes amongst our members.
We offer 7 training sessions
each week, in Livingston, Bathgate and Edinburgh. These are
all designed to cater for a full range of abilities. Details
are printed on the back page of our monthly newsletter 'Up
& Running'. Some of the sessions are free, but our
main sessions on Wednesday and Friday cost £1. If you
want more information regarding the individual training sessions,
contact Martin Hyman on 01506 412322.
Our newsletter, 'Up
& Running' is published on the first Wednesday of
each month and is available free at training and on our Web
Site.
Articles on running related subjects
always welcome - email the editor
The club has a committee, consisting

Inveralmond School after the training session. All members
are welcome to attend.
