Our club was founded in 2000, and is still developing. We have members throughout
Scotland, but most are in Edinburgh and across West Lothian. Our members include Scottish
and British champions, but we welcome runners of any standard and youngsters aged 6 up
- we pride ourselves on being a very family-friendly club, but encourage parents of young
children to assist our coaches at least once a month if possible.
We cater for all branches of athletics: track & field, road, cross-country and hill running.
We also have a number of enthusiastic orienteerers and triathletes amongst our members.
We offer 5 training sessions each week, in Livingston, and Edinburgh. These are designed
to cater for a full range of abilities. Most of the sessions are free, but our main sessions
on Wednesday and Friday cost £1. The Friday and Sunday sessions are particularly popular with
the youngsters. Details can be found in the club training link of the left.
Our newsletter "Up & Running" is published on the first Wednesday of each month and is available
as hard-copy at training and (with a slight delay) electronically via the link on the left.
Club Members benefit from a 10% discount at "Run & Become" and "Run for It".
Contact details for membership, kit and general enquiries can be found via the link on
the left.

(ask any of the club contacts listed below).
A 10% discount is available from Run
