Membership Application form You can submit your membership online, but we don't have online payment, so you will still need to send a cheque.
You can pay by making a payment from your own bank account - the clubs bank details are given on submitting the online form.
If using this method, please add your name to the reference so we know who the payment came from.
Submitting your membership online saves us postage, saves paper and speeds up the process.

Please read the rules on Medication and Anti Doping Regulations
and if you have any medical conditions please use the
'other notes' section of the form to let us know about this and any remedial action that should be taken.
Guardians of children under seventeen should provide a signature of consent for the child to be registered as a club
member and, if appropriate, for coaches to take remedial action in respect of declared medical conditions.
