Membership Application form You can submit your membership online, but we don't have online payment directly, so you will still need to either:
Send a cheque (address provided on form submission)
Pay by standing order (bank details given on form submission
Pay via Entry Central (a £1 surcharge applies)
When paying by standing order, please add your name to the reference so we know who the payment came from.
Submitting your membership online saves us postage, saves paper and speeds up the process.
However, a paper based application may also be downloaded here. Please use this as
a price guide.
Please read the rules on Medication and Anti Doping Regulations
and if you have any medical conditions please use the
'other notes' section of the form to let us know about this and any remedial action that should be taken.
Guardians of children under seventeen should provide a signature of consent for the child to be registered as a club
member and, if appropriate, for coaches to take remedial action in respect of declared medical conditions.
