CERES GAMES WIN FOR JILL

The club were represented by family Horsburgh at the Ceres Highland Games in Fife on Saturday[26th June].

After finishing in 7th place in the 800 metres handicap and 6th in the 1600 metres handicap Jill Horsburgh took advantage of a generous handicap in the 3000 metres by racing to victory in 9 minutes 41 seconds.

Both Iain and Alice Horsburgh contested the Youth’s 90 metres and 800 metres handicaps, both were eliminated in their heats in the 90 metres while in the 800 Alice came home 6th with Iain 8th.
