‘FRESHERS’ WIN FOR MHAIRI

Lothian Running Club’s Mhairi Inglis representing Glasgow Caledonian University won the Women’s 800 Metres at the Scottish Universities ‘Freshers’ Indoor Track & Field match at the Kelvin Hall on Wednesday [20th Oct].

Mhairi covered the 4 laps of the track in 2 minutes 24.90 seconds to come home nearly 10 seconds clear of runner up Emma Butcher, Edinburg with Livingston AC’s Robyn McDowall running for Stirling in third.
