HUNTER BOG TROT
Five Lothian Running Club members contested the Hunter Bog Trot Hill Race 6.4km/240m at Salisbury Crags, Edinburgh on Saturday 17th April.

Jocelyn Moar produced a fine run to finish 36th overall and 4th female in a time of 37 minutes 20 seconds. First club male over the finish line was Brian Reid 39:35, he was closely followed by 53rd Mike Liebermann 41:30 and Kate Kitchin 57th and 9th female 42:05.

Making up the club representation was Jill Horsburgh who came home in 66th and second FSV in a time of 43:20.
A total of 86 runners completed.

CLACHNABEN
82 runners contested the Clachnaben Hill Race at Strachan with Tosh Brannan the only Lothian Club member in the line up.

Tosh completed the gruelling event in 1 hour 52 minutes 02 seconds which placed him 32th overall and 5th MSV.

MEALL nan TARMACHAN
A trio of Lothian Club members were in the starting line up for the inaugural Meall nan Tarmachan Hill Race [9.5km/700m].

David Berrill covered the course in 1 hour 01 minutes 33 seconds to place 15th, next home was John Malcolm 26th 1:10.00 with Herbie McLean 33rd and 2nd MV60 in 1:12.40.
