Master’s Team Event at District Cross Country Relays

Traditional cross country season opener, the District Cross Country Relays, will from this year have additional team medals for Master’s Teams
The 1st three Masters Teams in both the Men’s and Women’s relays will win medals, the races incorporated within the existing Senior races as has been the case with the National Masters Cross Country Relays for a number of years.
As with all Scottish Athletics Masters Cross Country and Road Running Championships, the masters’ age group starts at age 40 (age as on the day of the race.)
Women’s 3 laps x 4000metres
Men’s 4 laps x 4000metres
Date: Saturday 9th October 2010 (Entries close Saturday 25th September – Entry Forms will be available later in August, both online and distributed to clubs)
