SILVER MEDALS FOR BETHANY & NICOLA

Lothian Running Club’s junior athletes Bethany Nelson and Nicola Kellock both picked up silver medals at Saturday’s JSB Forth Valley League Presidents Select Meeting at Grangemouth Stadium.

Bethany’s medal came in the 1500 metres where she recorded a time of 5 minutes 54 seconds which was just outside her PB for the distance of 5:48.

Nicola reached the final of both the 200 metres and shot putt events where she finished in second place in the latter to claim her silver medal.
