Stirling Junior Aquathlon

Andrew and Amy Lickley took part in the last of this year’s Scottish Aquathlon series on Sunday 10/10/10 in Stirling. Andrew came in 3rd of around 21 in the boys 9-10 heat in 10:03 (150m swim + 2000m run), making his record for the season one 2nd, one 4th and one 3rd. One more race, and he may have had a podium finish in the national rankings for the season. Second youngest in her 11-12 age group, Amy finished 8th out of 22 girls over 200m+2000m in 11:03, finishing the season with two 8th places and one 5th place. Both are looking forward to a return to Stirling for the XC next week.
