TOM SCOTT MEMORIAL 10 MILE ROAD RACE.

A trio of Lothian Running Club members contested Sunday’s Tom Scott Memorial 10 Mile Road Race.
The race also incorporates the Scottish 10 mile Championship as well as being the first counting event in the 2011 Stewarts Road Race Grand Prix Series.
In a very competitive race, both Ross Milne and Brian Turner   finished well up in 12th & 14th places with Ian Leggett who finished 107th overall taking the MV70 top prize.
In ideal conditions,Ross completed the course around the pathway’s of Strathclyde Loch in 55 minutes 49 seconds, Brian wasn’t far behind in 56.32 with Ian coming home in 1.20.15.
