BUSY MIDWEEK

Quite a few events are taking place this midweek, closest to home on Wednesday is the Livingston 5k Road Race from West Lothian College, the race begins at 7pm and entry is on a first come basis, unfortunately you will have to pay £6 & £8 for the privilige, which is a bit steep for a midweek fun run.[You can run a race like this any Saturday morning at the Parkruns for free].
Prizes for first 3 males, first three senior ladies, 1st MV40, 1st FV35, 1st MV50, 1ST FV45.
On the same evening the weekly Self Transcendence Race
takes place at the Meadows, these events are usually well supported by club runners, this week the race is over 1 mile.
Further South in Ayr there is The Land O’ Burns 10k Road Race. Track runners have the Dunren OGM at Linwood Sports Complex.
On to Thursday evening and the second race in the Polaroid series takes place with the Clydebank 10k from the Playdrome at 7.30pm.
