XC Recce at Dechmont Law on 13th November

Since the next East District League XC race is at our very own Dechmont Law on Sunday 20th November, we have planned a recce of the course on Sunday 13th December at the Dechmont Law training session at 10am.  We’ll recce the course for athletes, but will also show those folks who have signed up for course setup/marshalling what’s involved.  More than 20 runners have their names on the sign-up sheet but you can just turn up on race day and run provided you are a fully paid up member of both Lothian Running Club and Scottish Athletics.  Just make your way to the Lothian tent near the start and give your name to the Team Manager who will give you a club number.  Fee is £2 (or £1 for U11’s).
