Cross Country Update
National Relays
Last chance for entry into the 2012 National Cross-Country Relays. Entries required by Thu 11th Oct. Contact menscaptain@lothianrunningclub.co.uk
This is a really great event, and always attracts a lerge field. Its highly recomended. The more participation we can get, the better this event will be.
East District Relays
The first of this year’s XC events: The East District XC Relays, takes place this coming weekend. There are still a couple of places left in the Senior Men’s Team if you number amongst the reserve entries which were sumbitted.
East District League Event 1
The first of this year’s East District Corss Country League events will be held in the Grounds of Stirling University on Sat 20th Oct. Entries can be made on the day, but if you are planning on entering please try and let us know before hand as it helps with the organisation on the day.
Cross Country Team managers
All of this years Cross-Country events require a bit of organisation on the day and we are looking for at least 2 volounteers for each event to help manage the teams and help everything run smoothly. The job is not too demanding and team a mangers can run – as long as at least one person is available at all times, but ideally at least manager will be non competing. Anyone planning on comming along to spectate at any of the events is encouraged to volunteer and thier help will be greatly appreciated.
