Edel regains Scottish Trail title in Fife.

Edel Mooney claimed the women’s title for the second time in three years at Saturday’s Scottish Mid Trail Championships in Falkland. It was a true test of trail running in a great setting in Fife with the 14k route taking in various surfaces and including one very steep climb. Edel, who also took a silver in between her two victory’s completed the course in 55 minutes 59 seconds to win by a clear margin from Charlotte Morgan, Carnethy and Megan Crawford, Fife AC.
