TAY 10 TITLE FOR JO

The club’s Jo Williams took the women’s title at the Tay 10 mile road race in Perth. Jo who also placed well up in 14th place overall recorded a new PB of 63 minutes 19 seconds as she crossed the finish line over a minute ahead of her nearest pursuer Sarah Douglas, Edinburgh Uni Hare & Hounds.270 finished.

Club veteran Kenny Mearns was the Lothian club’s only runner in the Dunbar 10k race where he came home in 103rd place of the 191 finishers in a time of 49 minutes 56 seconds.
