3rd place and PB for Jo in Paisley 10k

Lothian Running Club’s Jo Williams turned in a personal best performance in finishing in an excellent third place in the women’s category of the Paisley 10k.

Jo’s time of 36 minutes 58 seconds was 20 seconds quicker than her previous best set in the Jim Dingwall Round the Houses race in Grangemouth in 2015. Kilbarchan AC duo Gemma Rankin 35.11 and Elspeth Curran 35.57 finished first and second. Colin Wishart was the Lothian club’s only male entrant finishing 310th in 45m 34s.
