Masters gold for Yvonne/Jo 5th in Campus 5k

A trio of LRC veteran athletes took part in the Scottish Athletics Masters Championships at Grangemouth. Yvonne Crilley came away with a gold medal in the F55 category 800 metres crossing the finish line in 2m 31.21s. Malcolm Lang was 5th in the M40 800 metres in 2:11.42 with Ian Leggett runner up in the 1500 metres M75 age-group in 8:16.59.

Jo Williams in action in a high quality Inverness Campus 5k race on Friday evening where she finished in 5th place in 17m 39s, victory went to Mhairi Maclennan,Inverness Harriers in 16:39.
