Down in Lancashire Jo Williams had a good run in the Podium 5 race at Barrowfield on Bank Holiday Monday finishing in 5th place in 17m 26s behind race winner Jessica Piasecki,Stockport Harriers 15.55.
LRC had athletes in action at the recent Livingston Open meeting, results were under-11 890 metres 6 Daniel Fletcher 14.82PB. Under-11 600 metres 8 Daniel Fletcher 2:21.97PB.
Under-17 800 metres 2 Ryan Kirkland 2:15.80. Mixed 800 metres 12 & 1FV Yvonne Crilley 2:34.07.
