Category win for Shona in Fife

Shona Young was a category winner in Fife, the LRC ultra athlete was among 130 runners who were in Markinch on Sunday for the Nutcracker Easter Trail Race..
The 4 – 5 miles course held on paths and trails in the beautiful surroundings of Balbirnie Park includes mud, water crossings and a few undulations to keep everyone happy. Shona finished 21st overall, 4th female and leading over-50 female in a time of 34 minutes 57 seconds.
