PB’s for Murray & Aaron at Age-Group Championships.

A trio of runners represented the club at the Scottish Age-Group Championships at Grangemouth.

There was PB’s for both Aaron Smtyh and Murray Close.

Running in the Boys Under-15 800 metres, Murray finished runner up in his heat in 2m 20,53 seconds before going on to contest the final where he just missed out on a podium place finishing 4th in 2m 12.46s which was a new PB.

There was also a PB for Aaron Smyth in the Boys Under-13 200 metres with a 6th place finish in 29.97 seconds.

Hannah Steel was returning to action following an injury, she contested the Girls Under-17 1500 metres finishing 8th in 5m 27.68s.
