10k PB for Josh/Strathearn Mar/Devils Foot HM

Josh Dack had a good run in the Roon the Toon 10k in Kilmarnock. The Lothian runner finished in 7th place recording a new PB time 33m 37s, his previous best was 33.44 set in the Trafford 10k in 2017.

A trio of LRC members ran the Strathearn Marathon from the Cultybraggan Camp in Comrie. Shona Young finished 6th female overall and leading over-50 with a time of 3h 39m 17s. Finishing just ahead of Shona was her brother Paul in 3h 36m 37s to place 34th of the 191 finishers. Completing the LRC representation was Finlay Slane who came home in 89th place in 4h 08m 19s.

In the Devils Foot Half Marathon from Lauder Sandy Orr finished well up in 13th place in 2h 13m 03s.
