Young athletes Road Race / Blast 10k
Aaron Smyth was the sole LRC memberin action at the Scottish Young Athletes Road Race Championships at Buttery Park, Greenock.
Aaron contested the Boys Under-13 2.5k race finishing in a creditable 16th place in 9 minutes 01 seconds. 66 runners took part.
In the Blast Running 10k in Edinburgh Julie Atkinson and Alistair Murray represented the Lothian club with Julie finishing 3rd overall and 1st female in 42m 53s with Alistair 4th overall in 43.03.
