The AGM will be followed by the presentation of awards.

Any member wishing to raise items for discussion of proposals should contact a Committee member.

It is intended that small modifications to the constitution will be proposed to clarify:

• There is no discrimination in membership and
• The actions taken with club assets if the club was to close.

A number of committee and club posts will be vacant at the meeting. This is your opportunity to put your hand up and help the club.
