East District Cross Country Relays

Sign up sheets will be made available on the club notice board at Craigswood.  Entries close 26th September, so I need to know by last post on Fri the 25th.

There are four relay races – Young Females, Young Males, Senior/Junior/Vet Women and Senior/Junior/Vet Males.

The Young Females and Young Males teams each have 3 members. The first runner in each team must be under 13, the second runner must be either under 13 or under 15 and the third runner must be either under 15 or under 17.

• Under 13’s are born during 01/09/2002 to 31/08/2004
• Under 15’s are born during 01/09/2000 to 31/08/2002
• Under 17’s are born during 01/09/1998 to 31/08/2000

Each leg for the Young Females and Young Males Teams is approximately 2.5k.

The Senior/Junior/Vet Women teams also have three members.  Each leg is approx. 4k.

The Senior/Junior/Vet Males teams have four members.  Each leg is approx. 4k.

Entrants must be current club members and members of Scottish athletics
