Livingston parkrun is at 9:30 every Saturday at Livingston Civic Centre. Register at parkrun.com to get a parkrun ID and bring the barcode to each run so it can be scanned at the Finsih. parkrun also needs volunteers each week so if you are having a rest day then come and help out with a simple job.
