This year the Loch Leven Half Marathon is the 5th Event of the  Club Championship.

The Loch Leven Half Marathon is organised by Kinross Road Runners whose aim is to ensure that it continues to be “one of the best half marathons in Scotland”. The route is gently undulating round the scenic shores of Loch Leven. The event is open to runners aged 18 or over on the day of the race.

There will be minor changes to the course this year. The start due to the bypass being opened and the finish line being changed to the campus field as It is hoped this will allow for more spectators and harmonising the run with the Feel Good Fair & the Pipe band competition that are returning after a successful event last year.

The course is undergoing remeasurement and more details will follow.

The race is run under UK Athletics Rules and is a Scottish Athletics permit event.
