Fife AC will host the championships, with Strathmiglo as the start/finish location for races for all age groups. There are medals on offer from U15 through to U20/Seniors/Masters.

The U11 and U13  races are open but non championship events

• In all events the age is determined on the day of the race 27 August 2016.
• Under 11: aged 9 or 10 on 27 August 2016
• Under 13: aged 11 or 12 on 27 August 2016
• Under 15: aged 13 or 14 on 27 August 2016
• Under 17: aged 15 or 16 on 27 August 2016
