The Clydebank 10k was the third event in the Polaroid Eyeware series, and for the third Thursday in a row Mhairi Inglis recorded a PB. On this occasion Mhairi recorded a time of 39 minutes 22 seconds which placed her 8th out of 211 finishers in the Women’s race and 128th out of 677 overall. Mhairi kicked off the series with a 40.18 at Helensburgh, lowered that to 39.45 at Dumbarton and now 39.22 at Clydebank.
Club veteran Neil Drummond made a rare appearance at Clydebank finishing in 642nd position and 36th in the Super-vet category with a time of 59m 41s.
The final race in the series is the Vale of Leven 10k which takes place on Sunday 7th June..
