Sarah reduced her 1500 metres PB again on Monday evening. Running in a high quality Women’s 1500 metres at the Harry Jerome International Track Classic meeting in Vancouver, Sarah clocked an excellent 4:12.99 to finish in 8th place. Her time currently places her 3rd in the Scottish 1500 metres rankings for 2015 behind Laura Muir and Stef Twell.

Trinity Western’s Sarah Inglis raced to a 1500m personal best and a first place finish at the Western Canada Outdoor Meet last Friday at McLeod Athletic Park.
Inglis ran away from the field early, pulling away for a winning time of 4:16.58 in her first race back in Langley since a five-week training stint in Boulder, Colorado. Her previous best time was 4:16.84, which she clocked earlier this year indoors when she won the Canada West title and set the conference meet record.
