CHRISTINE TRIUMPHS IN WEST LOTHIAN HALF

Lothian Running Club’s Christine Milne was the winner of the Women’s Race in Sunday’s West Lothian Half Marathon in Bathgate.

Christine covered the course in 1 hour 40 minutes 32 seconds. David Mabon came home in 12th place overall in a time of 1:44.21.

Lesley McGiffen also contested the event and was 59th in 2:22.16.

David Simon 1:21.59 was the winner of the Mens Race.

Due to a fixture clash with the big races in Edinburgh there was a disappointing turnout of only 63 runners.
