Sunday 11th September Run at Dechmont Law
Anyone who’s interested in 3, 6, 9. 12 mile off-road run tomorrow (Sunday 11th September) be at the back of Deans Community High School (over-flow car park) for 9.50AM. Run commences at 10.00Am prompt. All ages, gender & levels of ability welcome. Martin Hyman will be there to take another session for all age groups. You could do a run first as a warm up and then attend Martin’s session. The choice and decision is yours. Martin & I will be there to advise.
