Edinburgh Endurance Sessions return this week;

The purpose of these endurance sessions is to encourage athletes of a similar mindset and standard to train together at various venues.

The sessions are open to all endurance athletes, male and female, aged 15 and over who wish to take part in group training sessions.

The sessions are designed to cater for all levels of athlete.

Coaches will be present to lead each of the sessions but all endurance coaches are encouraged to attend and participate in the sessions to help where possible.

The first of the new season’s Edinburgh Endurance Sessions takes place this Saturday the 10th of September at the Meadows, Edinburgh.

Lead Coach: Steve Cottom

Session: 6-10 x 3mins. (3mins recovery Jog)

Meeting point: Cricket pavillion

The first rep will start at 11am sharp!
