A massive thanks to all helpers, athletes & supporters today at the Cross-Country event at Dechmont Law, Livingston. To the helpers & volunteers – you did Lothian proud, to the athletes – well done every single one of you. I realise some of you were competing for the first time, so congratulations. And to the support around the course – thanks. I know it’s tempting to head off home once your event is over. It was a joyous social gathering to celebrate running.
