JSB LEAGUE[Info for Saturday]
JCB PLUMBING LEAGUE – GRANGEMOUTH 27th April 2013
The following athletes will form the Lothian Running Club Team for Saturday 27th April. The team sheets will be submitted on Tuesday 23rd April 2013. All SA numbers MUST be provided to me on the e-mail address provided by 23rd April.
Athletes require to attend at Grangemouth for 1230hrs on Saturday 27th April 2013. Numbers and vests will be provided at this time. In addition a warm up will be undertaken for the sprint events due to start at 1300hrs.
Most athletes attending will participate in two events. Some have been placed in three events. As such I would be obliged if you can ensure that your lunch is consumed no later than 1100hrs and also that you bring a drink, ideally water, and a snack along to the stadium with you.
Parking is available at Grangemouth stadium.
Directions:
Take junction 5 from the M9, signposted A904, Falkirk/Grangemouth
At the roundabout take the 4th exit onto Inchyra Road/A905
Drive 0.9 miles, then turn left signposted Grangemouth stadium
