Category win for Shona in Fife

Paul and Shona Young were the LRC representatives at the inaugural running of the Benarty Gala Day Trail Race at Lochore Meadows Country Park in Fife. There was a big turnout of almost 300 runners. Paul finished in 25th place in 33m 56s with Shona not far behind in 45th with her time of 35m 35s also placing her 1st in the FV45 category. The overall winner was Ben Hukins from the Ron Hill Cambuslang Club.
