Some slight changes to training over the festive season.

Tomorrow night – Training as normal – last track session of the year so don’t miss it.

Saturday 22nd December – Why not come down to Livingston Parkrun in your Christmas outfit, be nice to see a big lothian presence.

Tuesday 25th December : No session (although for those who are into that sort of thing Livingston Parkrun are doing a special Christmas day Parkrun – perfect way to earn the turkey and chocolates.

Thursday 27th December : No Track session

Senior session: Howden Park XC Session – Meet at 10am – More details closer to the time.

1st January – Fiddlers TBC*

Thursday 3rd January – Track returns as normal
