At: 10:30am sharp allowing for 2 hour journey time.

Declarations and Race Times:

• Women and M65: declarations close 13:15   Race Starts: 13:45  Distance:6000m
• M40 to M60: Declarations Close 14:00, Race Starts: 14:30, Distance 8000m
