This is third and final East District League cross country event.  All the league events follow a similar format details of which can be found here: East District League (please notice that start times have been updated as of this race)

Changing toilets, showers and refreshments will be at Broxburn Academy as usual, with the start and finish a kilometre’s uphill walk.

There is no pre-entry required, just turn up on the day, locate the club tent, and let the team managers know you are running.  However, if you can let us know in advance that you intend to race, this would help with organization.

If you require or can offer a lift to this event, please contact one of the Team Managers, or let us know at Training.

First race starts at 12:00 – ideally allow 1 hour to get ready and warm up.
