EAST DISTRICT XC LEAGUE [MATCH 2 SUNDAY 20TH NOV] Hope fully club members young & old will make an effort to get involved with this event on their doorstep on Sunday.
Hundreds of athletes of all ages will converge on Dechmont Law Park, Deans, Livingston this Sunday for the second match of three in the 2011/2012 East District Cross-Country League.
It will also be a busy day for the Lothian Running Club who will be hosting the event, they will have members out stewarding as well as running.
The timetable for the five races is,
1pm – Girls and Boys Under-11 [1.5km],
1-15pm Girls and Boys Under-13 [2.5km],
1-35pm Senior, Junior and Veteran Women [6.4km],
2-10pm Girls and Boys Under-15 and Women Under-17 [3.5km],
2.30pm Senior, Junior and Veteran Men [9.6km].
