2019/20 East District League 3 – Livingston – help required

Lothian Running Club are hosting their second East District XC fixture on 18th January! ( Why? That is another story!)
So we are looking for some help with:

1. Course set up between 9 and 11 on the morning of the event.
2. Marshalling from 11 to about 3pm. Linlithgow AC and Police Junior Volunteers have already said they can help but a few LRC members that know the course will also be needed.
3. Course tidy up including packing kit away into the Green Trailer after the Senior men race.
