Friday Night Training at the track, meet in the pavilion for 6:5opm. Session starts at 7:00pm and finishes between 8:00pm and 8:30pm

8 x 30 sec run – 45s off
[4 min jog recovery]6 x 50 sec run – 1 min off
[4 min jog recovery]4 x 1 min 10s run – 1 min 20s off
[2 min rest]1 x 400m
