East District XC 9th December – help required.

The East District XC Champs  are being held at Dechmont Law Livingston on 9th December
LRC are taking responsibility for the course set up ( FROM 8:30 – 10:30) and marshalling ( FROM 11:00 TO 15:30).
There are 8 key marshall points to be covered.  Please contact Ted: ted @ finchhouse.org with your offer of help.
