Below are the provisional teams for the Relays this coming Sunday. We’ve had a couple of people pull out due to injury, which means we are short of a couple of people for a final team. If anyone on the reserves list (see below) can run, then let me know before Sun. Leg order is Short, Long, S, L, S, L
A course recce is planned for the Wed night run, this coming wed (30th). Meet outside the stadium near the Parkrun finish

The Scottish Road Relay Championships are to be held in Livingston on Sunday April 3rd. The race starts at 12 noon St Margaret’s HS and follows paths around Livingston. The event organisers are asking for volunteers ( especially those with local knowledge) to help marshal the course from 11:00 to about 15:00. If you are able to help please contact John Barclay who is coordinating on behalf of Lothian Running Club. Can you give your name, age and a mobile phone number. rr2016@lothianrunningclub.co.uk The race organisers will provide Hi Viz vests and a lunch for volunteers!! We also need an intrepid cyclist to act as back marker!!
