Up & Running

Up & Running was our Club’s Monthly Newsletter, keeping all club members up to date with what’s been going on and what’s coming next! With online media becoming the norm we have decided to retire the paper newsletter, with the website and Facebook pages taking over the role of keeping the members informed.  We would also encourage our members to sign up here to the club email newsletter to stay informed.
However we have retained the ‘Up and Running’ section of the website for publishing articles of interest from our members.
Members are encouraged to submit running related articles for the up and running section.
Older editions of the monthly newsletter are available in the U&R Archive
